Ms Luhua Hu (Vanessa Hu), the Managing Director of BritChance. Born in Shanghai, Luhua spent her early years living and studying in Singapore and came to the UK in 2004. She has over eleven years’ experience working for higher education institutions and leading immigration firms in both the UK and Singapore, responsible for various student recruitment and UK Visa & Immigration related matters.

Luhua is an OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) qualified Immigration Advisor in the UK. In 2009, she joined the Employment Overseas UK Ltd., one of Navitas group companies (an Australian listed company) and received intensive systematic legal trainings. She worked closely with barristers and solicitors of a leading UK law firm on varieties of immigration cases. Over the years, Luhua has been dedicatedly working on developing the immigration markets for big label immigration firms in the UK. She independently established and built up immigration sectors leading UK-based Chinese firms such as the UK Visa and International Education Centre (UVIC) and theChina-UK Culture and Commerce Association (CNUK). In 2011, Luhua was appointed by LondonHelp4U, one of the pioneer immigration firms in the UK, as its Chief Executive of Chinese Market, mainly dealing with immigration cases in particular Tier 1 investor, Tier 1 entrepreneur, Tier 2, EEA and family related applications; responsible for developing the Chinese market. Whilst working at LondonHelp4U, Luhua was also an immigration column writer writing weekly articles for the Chinese Weekly Newspaper in the UK.

Her experience of working for the top international immigration and education firms including London School of Business & Finance, Navitas Group, UK Visa & International Education Centre, China-UK Culture and Commerce Association (CNUK), and LondonHelp4U has given her the real opportunity to learn and understand the Chinese, Brazilian, Saudi Arabian, Australian and Russian markets.

Benefit from her solid experience in both immigration and education industries, Luhua has gradually built up and developed strong relationships with numerous UK financial institutions, international officers of well-known UK universities and colleges, as well as A-Listers & elite professionals across various industries. Since July 2014, she has started to operate and manage BritChance Ltd., providing UK Visa & immigration consulting, education advisory, legal guardianship, international student recruitment, student services, career & employment counselling, culture-exchange programs and events management related services. The Company is fully accredited by the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) to provide UK immigration advice and services.
